Refund Policy

Each Klein & Krafty book is a one-of-a-kind keepsake, carefully made just for you. Because our products are custom-designed and printed, we don’t offer general refunds or returns — but we always do our best to make things right if there’s a problem.

Since every book is made using your personal content (like drawings, letters, or photos), we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

• The book arrives damaged

• There’s a printing error that was our fault

• The wrong book was delivered

If any of the above happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as we can.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or free reprints for:

• Errors approved in your final proof (e.g., spelling or layout)

• Personal content that is low-quality or blurry if submitted that way

• Delays caused by courier services or lack of response from the customer
