When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate information and supply us with the drawings, photos, or content we need to create your book. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a collection box and instructions to get started.

You’re responsible for the content you provide, like artwork, letters, or photos. By sending it to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content

• It does not infringe on anyone else’s rights

• It’s suitable for printing (i.e., no harmful, offensive, or unlawful content)

We may adjust sizing or layout during design to best suit your book, but we always aim to honour the heart and meaning behind every piece.

Once we receive your content, we’ll scan and design your book. You’ll have the chance to review a digital proof before we print. Please check everything carefully! We can only proceed once we receive your written approval.

Any additional edits after approval may incur extra charges or delay printing.

We work with trusted print partners to ensure the highest quality. Once printed, your book, and the original drawings, will be safely packaged and sent to your chosen delivery address.

Typical turnaround time is 2–7 weeks from the time we receive your content.

Due to the custom nature of our books, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• The product is damaged in transit

• There is an error caused by us (e.g., printing the wrong book)

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We respect your privacy and creativity. We will never share or display your book publicly without your written permission.

With your consent, we may occasionally ask to feature your book in our portfolio, social media, or marketing, always with love and credit.

All payments must be made in full before we begin the design process. We accept secure payments via eft and online merchant.
