Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa using trusted courier partners.

• Collection of Your Box: Once you’ve filled your Klein & Krafty box with your child’s drawings or special content, simply let us know, and we’ll arrange collection right from your doorstep.

• Delivery of Your Final Book: After design and printing, your finished book (along with the original drawings or content) will be delivered straight to you, safely packaged and ready to treasure.

We take pride in making something truly special, so our process takes a little time. Here's a rough timeline:

• From the moment we receive your drawings to delivery:
  4–7 weeks

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and you’re always welcome to reach out if you’re curious about how your book is coming along.

Shipping (collection and delivery) is included in the overall cost of your book unless stated otherwise. If you’re in a remote area, a small additional fee may apply, but we’ll let you know before we proceed.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

At this stage, we only ship within South Africa.
If you’re outside of SA and would love a Klein & Krafty book, please get in touch — we may be able to arrange something special just for you.
